Developing Loping a Highly-efficient Thermohardening Technique of Controlled Joint Bar Cooling

摘要：

　　A modern ecologically friendly tech nique for joint bar thermohardening by regulated water cooling is proposed.The technique was validated by a test bench experiment and implemented in the metallur gical industry.The mechanical properties have been ob tained to meet the GOST 4133-73 Federal Standard.The proposed technique can successfully replace the conventional one-oil quenching-due to making the cooling process more controlled by obtaining a uniform temperature distribution over joint bar elements with different mass such as heads and the web.
