Galvanometer-based Online Laser Coding System Development and Algorithm Optimization
In this paper we researched and de veloped an online laser coding system based on two dimensional galvanometer scanning which has a widely application in packaging, electronics, food and other industries.In order to meet the laser cod ing requirements of industrial production line, the embedded control systems of DSP + ARM was used in the system.We also research the Chinese charac ter stroke tracking algorithm and then an optimized scanning strategy is given by analyzing the six kinds of different stroke ratio.Finally the laser coding ex periments were done and the results were satisfactory.
