Influence of Thermal Effect on White LED Photoelectric Properties

　　In this work, white Light Emitting Diode (LED) obtained through blue LED excite yellow phosphor was studied by single pulse meas urement and direct current(DC) measurement.This paper analyzes the effect of themal on white LED, The analysis includes the emission spectra, light out put power, phosphor energy conversion efficiency and color temperature with different amount of phosphor marked as sample A and sample.The re suits show that the luminous flux increased slowiy af ter fighting 20 seconds, the temperature color changed greatly, the phosphor conversion efficiency reduced and LED light-color changed a lot with the further increasing of injection current.The paper clarified the influence of thermal effect on white LED photoelectric parameters and analyzed the rea son of the above phenomenon.
