Effects of Cu Doping on the Microstructure and Electrical Properties of Sr3 YCo4 O10.5
Polycrystalline samples of Sr3YCo4-x CuxO10.5(x =0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6) have been prepared by a solid state reaction method.The microstructure and electrical properties of Sr3YCo4-xCux O10.5 have been investigated by XRD, SEM and four-probe.The results indicate that in the range of x =0 ~ 0.4 Sr3YCo4-xCuxO10.5 is single-phase, its resistivity dependence of temperature curve shows nonmetallic behavior and the resistivity at room temperature de creases successivdy with the increasing of Cu con tent Porous structures observed from SEM demon strate that with the increasing of Cu content the grain sizes enlarge, the number of pores decreases gradually.
