Research of Higher Vocational Double Mode Teachers Team Construction Based on the School-enterprise Cooperation

　　Many problems exist in dual-qualification teaching staff, such as the single sources, the weak practical ability of full-time teachers and the insufficient teaching ability of part-time teachers, etc.In recent years, higher vocational schools have explored the new path for constructing dual-qualification teaching staff, but because of the limitations of conditions, the gap between the quality and quantity of dual-qualification teaching staff and the practical needs is still very large.Constructing dual-qualification teaching staffbased on school-enterprise cooperation needs schools and enterprises to jointly establish teachers training base and dual-qualification teaching staffas well as collectively scheme the path for teachers career development.
