摘要：

　　The Curriculum Criterion of E E.and Health of Compulsory Education by Ministry of Education in 2011 (hereafter called New Curriculum Criterion) points out that with the development of our economy, people s living standard has been greatly improved.But the new life style with less activities and greater pressures brings negative influence to peoples especially the youths health.In the recent two decades, the negative influence has drawn the attention of many educationists.
