The Evaluation Research on Management Level of Human Settlement in Baotou City

摘要：

　　The article used three tools to cohstruct an index system: intellectual and cultural support, pollution control and social civilization.In addition, the article analyzed the current situation of the environmental management level in Baotou City by applying an analytical hierarchy process.The research showed that the general level of human settlement management in Baotou City was low, which was embodied in the lack of scientific research, the limited capacity of the educational and environmental investment, the low comprehensive utilization rate of solid waste.
