Group Training Mode for Graduate and Excellent Undergraduate Students Innovative Ability

摘要：

　　In this paper, it introduces the shortcomings in the course of graduate student training mode of our country, analyzes the necessity of group training mode in the innovation ability training and sums up the advantages of group training mode.In order to improve the innovation ability of graduate and excellent undergraduate students, the measures for the construction of group training mode are discussed from the aspects of students, teachers and colleges.
