Tianjin High-tech Products Export Problems and Counter-measures in the Post-crisis Period

　　In the post-crisis period, growth rate of high-tech products export in Tianjin is slowing down although export volume is increasing.The unchallengeable leaders in this field are processing trade and foreign-funded enterpreises.Considering its weak innovation capability and insufficient R&D investment, it is advisable for high-tech industries in Tianjin to widen their financing channels, increase R&D investment with more funds and more personnel, have comprehensive industry-education-research cooperations with scientific institutions, universities and industries, increase scientific research achievements converting rate, as well as explore new emerging markets through electronic business platform to fight against gloomy market demand and various technic trade barriers.
