　　The development of cultural industry in on the important transition stage based on the background of period of Global industrial structure adjustment.From the perspective of industry innovation theory, combining the rule of industry chain, it constructs and analyzes the model of routine of mechanism innovation development of cultural industry, then offers suggestions.
