The impacts of Rural Tourism Development on rural labor transfer

摘要：

　　With rapid development of China economy and urbanization, the transfer of a large number of rural surplus labors has become a serious social problem.To solve the problem, this paper studies the way to transfer the rural surplus labor force.Obviously, development of rural tourism is the best way.First we need to understand the origin and impact of rural tourism, and furthermore, we can get to know the development situation of rural tourism in China in order to develop population transfer mode in line with Chinas situation.Finally, rural tourism development plays a significant role in Chinas rural labor force transfer.It not only leads to the development of the rural economy, but also improves the employment rate of the rural population.
