A Study on Assessing System for Financing Risk of Senior Citizen Apartment

　　The huge aging population of China has made it of great necessity to study the senior citizen apartment.For the moment the bottleneck of the senior citizen apartment is its financing problem.Therefore studying the financing risk of senior citizen apartment is significant to its steady and healthy development.In the article, financing risk assessing system for the senior citizen apartment is firstly built, after which the financing risk is analyzed through the AHP method.Subsequently, several risk factors which have the greatest influence on the financing risk are identified and studied emphatically.The first five risk factors are fixed out as interest rate risk, high cost risk, currency inflation risk, duration extension risk, market price risk.Finally the author put forward some practical suggestions in order to reduce the impact of those risk factors.
