Scientific and Research Competence of the Specialists and its Perfection in the Further Professional Education
Among the main objectives of additional professional education of the last decade, contributing the quality of professionals, the most important are the formation of research competence, improvement of additional vocational education due to the fact that at the level of high school preparation of this type of learning activity is not always adequately and efficiently implemented.In the system of training the research specialist competence should be carried out at several stages, such as preparation, training, performing and final stage.
