Play and Stay in Physical Education

  The new established physical education teaching approach named Play and Stay via various kinds of physical technique games, has a series of supporting performances to assist with the introduction of tennis learning to the beginners of Tongji University students who will participate in physical education, as well as programmers that work at the students club to retain more players in the sport.The first section clarifies terminology and defines the game concept in terms of a transformation process in sports.The second section reviews an amount of sport games in physical education, and deploys the conceptual model to generate a number of specific demonstrations with game playing in tennis physical education.In the conclusion, (1) the specific content games are given to motivate the students on tennis learning; (2) the various games in play improved students aerobic endurance, endurance power, explosive power, agility and flexibility; (3) play and stay really courage students to move and facilitate players to stay in sports.This dominating teaching concept will be widely used in physical education.
