Effective Organization of Graduation Project Guided under the Coalition of University and Enterprise:Case Analysis

　　Graduation project guided under the coalition of university and enterprise is an important way to cultivate talents jointly by the university and the enterprise.The teaching mode makes full use of two different education environments and education resources of the university and the enterprise to cultivate future engineers with excellent engineering ability in line with the demand of employers.The fundamental difference between traditional university cultivation mode and coalition cultivation mode of university and enterprise is that both university and enterprises participate in the talent cultivation process.Based on the production environment of the enterprise, 0 distance practice teaching system is constructed.Practical experience of graduation project guided under the coalition of university and enterprise is summarized in the paper.A very good effect is achieved through such a process: determining the topic of graduation project, process management, elaborately formulating teaching plan, teaching content, and teaching management mode.
