Dynamic Analysis of Train-Bridge System and Its Application to Bridge Design for High-Speed Railways in China
The dynamic interaction of train-bridge system plays an important role to the serviceabili ty of the high-speed railway bridges.In this paper, the analytical models of train-bridge interaction system are established, considering the external excitations of wind and seismic loads.The practical applications of train-bridge interaction analysis in the high-speed railway bridge design are presen ted.The dynamic responses of the bridge under the action of high-speed trains, wind and earth quake excitations, as well as the running safety indices of train vehicles are analyzed by two exam ples, a steel truss arch bridge and a PC continuous bridge.The results in this paper have been ap plied, through providing important parameters and references, to the bridge designs in the highspeed railways.
