Vibration Characteristics of Short Floating Slab Track in Metro Line

  A vehicle-track coupled dynamic model is developed to investigate the vibration respon ses of metro train and short floating slab track system.The effects of different thickness and spring stiffness of the floating slab on track vibration are studied at running speed of 60km/h.The result shows that the vibration energy of the rail mainly focuses in 100-1000 Hz.The thickness of the slab has more influence on the slab vibration above 100Hz.The greater thickness of the slab is, the more vibration frequency move from left to right.The vibration energy of the subgrade mainly focu ses in 50-120 Hz.The greater thickness of the slab is, the more vibration-reduction is.The stiff ness of the isolation has more influence on the slab vibration above 100Hz.The isolation stiffness under the slab has more influence on low frequency vibration of the slab, but it has more influence on the subgrades vibration in 1.2-20 Hz.On the whole, the lower the stiffness of the isolation is, the more vibration-reduction is.
