Evaluation of Design and Construction Performance of Concrete Faced Rock-fill (CFRD) of Maiaojiaba Hydropower Station

摘要：

　　Miaojiaba Hydropower Station is a Concrete Faced Rock-fill (CFRD) over a deep overburden layer.In this paper, main characteristics of Miaojiaba Hydropower Station engineering layout and dam design are summarizesd.And other contents are introduced including dam body stress and strain calculation results, joint openness calculations of various load cases, construction control indexes obtained from the dynamic compaction treatment of dam foundation, and safety monitoring results, etc.The construction monitoring results indicate that the indexes of each aspect in the dam filling have reached the design requirements.
