Design and Application of Real-Time Roller Compacted Quality Monitoring System in Longkaikou Hydropower Station
Longkaikou roller compacted concrete (RCC) dam is located in the sixth cascade hydropower station of the middle Jinsha River.It is characterized by large construction scale, tight schedule and complicated construction conditions, which brings considerable difficulties to engineering construction management and construction quality control.In order to overcome the limitations of conventional quality control methods and to ensure construction quality, it s badly in need of developing and applying a Monitoring system to make the whole dam roller compacted construction process under control.In this paper, the functional design of real-time roller compacted quality monitoring system in Longkaikou hydropower station has been planned.By applying satellite positioning technology, wireless data transmission technology together with computer, network and database technology and other means of surveillance technology, the monitoring functions that planned are achieved and the monitoring system project design is completed after establishing the system structure.By applying the high-and-new science and technology, the construction quality management methods are improved, which promotes the engineering construction management level of Longkaikou hydropower station and achieves the engineering construction innovation management goal.
