Experimentation of Composite Contact Grouting Technology for Hydraulic Steel Lining at Jinghong Hydropower Station
The composite filling grouting technology, which is combined by cement grouting and chemical grouting, had been creatively attemped in contact grouting for hydraulic steel lining at Jinghong hydropower station and good effect was achieved.In this paper, the disadvantages of the conventional cement grouting and chemical grouting technology and the advantages of composite filling grouting technology had been analyzed.The application of composite contact grouting technology for Hydraulic steel lining at Jinghong hydropower station and the implementation guidelines composite had been introduced in detail, as well as the key points of cement grouting and chemical grouting technology as the two main processes of composite filling grouting technology.The situation of actual test was explained through a few years of operation.The new technology can provide reference and discussion for the similar engineering.
