Disposing the Major Security Threats During Construction in Zhexi Expansion Project
By reviewing the disposal of major security threats during construction in Zhexi expansion project, it is found that visiting construction site regularly and tracking the security of structures themselves, construction facilities, operation behaviors are the premise to detect potential safety problems; that technical experts carefully studies to set down feasible schemes is the importantly technical support to the successful disposal of security threat; remaining calm, decisive decision making, and efficient organization are the essential quality to implement the disposal schemes successfully.Any security incident of an engineering project or a major construction facility will affect the overall project objectives.Therefore, of safety management, the owner, supervisor, designer and contractor should not only define their responsibilities clearly, but also cooperate wholeheartedly.Security is related to people s lives and the success or failure of the project, and any negligence and delay are not allowed.The major security threat occurring suddenly during construction tests always the owners organization ability, technical judgments and decision-making ability, and tests the owners responsibility as well.
