Study on the Transformation of the Mode of Economic Development and Leadership Change in China

摘要：

　　The key factor on whether China can go farther in the next five years is to accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development and to change the imbalance of Chinese economy.At present, the study of leadership can be roughly divided into the following three categories: Firstly, from the perspective of ability, leadership is a kind of ability of leaders; secondly, from the perspective of influence, leadership is the influence imposed by the leader to the led; thirdly, from the perspective of join forces, leadership is a kind of resultant force.This study treat leadership change leading the economic development pattern transformation as the main line, aimed at trying to find a deterministic development to broaden thinking space; exploring uncertainty things.With the innovative spirit; solving the uncertainty problem in schema-less decision; focusing on the things that have not been paid attention to.
