Best Practice Human Resource Management in the Public Administrative Execution
Human resource management is an art for practice, different management modes exist in different organizations.Recently, the academia began a hot discussion of best practice human resource management, inspired by the work of Jeffrey Pfeffer.Best practice human resource management can have a positive impact on organizational performance practices.It is considered that the human resource management model not only exits bus also consists of 15 kinds of models and 8 main select factors in practice.As we know, as the intermediary of administrative decision and administrative evaluation, administration execution occupied an important place in the procedural mechanical of public administration.The main object of this paper is to explore the feasibility of introducing best practice human resource management to public administration execution.Meanwhile, it discussed whether can reduce the blindness and repeatability in administrative decision, achieving the effectiveness of administration execution.
