Research on Interest Conflict Management of Chinese Civil Servants
Conflict of interest, as a specific term for honest and clean politics, refers to the conflict between the personal interest of civil servants and the public interest represented by civil servants.The essence is the non-public use of public power.There are mainly three types of conflict of interest, i.e.transactional type, influencing type, and composite type.Effective management of conflict of interest requires taking the regulation of public power operation as the core.Besides, it attaches great importance to eliminating the conflict of interest from its source; improving the legal system for preventing the conflict of interest, and strengthening the punishment force on the relevant issues of civil servants.Moreover, it is necessary to improve and complete the fundamental institutional system, make great effort to establish the firewall, and establish sound supervision mechanism to prevent conflicts.Furthermore, it should consolidate the restriction on the governing behavior of civil servants.
