Chinese Governance Structure and Operating Mechanisms of the Coordinated Development of Cities and Counties after Province Administrating Counties Directly Reform

　　Realizing the coordinated development of cities and counties is the main target of Chinese province administrating counties directly reform.But it is also a must to improve the governance structure and operating mechanisms.After the reform, China should eventually establish a metropolitan region networked governance structure with diversified subjects coexisted in harmony and governments connected vertically and horizontally.Meanwhile, market mechanism that acts on micro field, government mechanism that acts on macro field, society mechanism that acts on medium field, and space mechanism that acts on specific field, interact with each other and integrate into operating mechanisms with reasonable division of labor.
