Research on Smart City with Local Characteristics in China

摘要：

　　To make a city smart is emerging as a strategy to mitigate the problems generated by rapid urbanization and the urban population growth.Since the concept of intelligent city put forward, many countries come to construct intelligent city all over the world.Thepaper introduces intelligence city construction of foreign countries, gives the framework of smart city system, and analyses smart city information in China.Many cities in China are positioned as international, top-level modem smart cities so that thousands of cities becomes similar while they try to turn into smart cities.So it is critical that smart city should maintain local characteristics, be planned scientifically, and be positioned reasonably.At the end of the paper, the case of Hefei city has been taken as an empirical research.
