Analysis of Risk Governance Model from Social Public Security Perspective

　　With the advancement of technology and the rapid development of industrialization, human society has entered into a risky stage, and social public security is suffering increasingly serious threats.In China, because of food safety, environmental pollution, road traffic safety and all kinds of emergencies that make the public security shrouded in shadow, and the community is at high risk period.This paper attempts to explain theoretically that a sound risk govemance model is playing an important role to protect sociaI public security, together with a discussion about the problems of the current risk governance model and deep-seated reasons.For instance, people-oriented risk management philosophy has not been established properly, the risk management system mechanism is unsound and unscientific, the conflict between national macroscopic policies etc..Finally, some recommendations and countermeasures are proposed based on these deficiencies of risk govemance model.
