Research on the Institutional Innovation of Equalization of Social Insurance Public Service in Urban and Rural Areas in China--From the Perspective of Financial Mechanism

摘要：

　　This thesis, from the logical starting point of the concept of equalization of social insurance public service in urban and rural areas as well as on the basis of analyzing the theory of equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas, clarifies that imbalanced fiscal expenditure ability, imbalanced financial investment structure, and unsound financial security system are of the main financial factors constraining Chinas sustainable development of the equalization of social insurance public service in urban and rural areas.With the fundamental goal of achieving sustainable development of social insurance public service in urban and rural areas of China, this thesis also establishes a systematic innovation system of public finance.
