Study on the Construction of Public Safety Emergency Management System of Overseas Chinese Workers

　　With increasingly complicated and volatile international situation and more Chinese workers going abroad in recent years, the issue of safety risk about overseas workers has become more and more obvious.Optimizing the construction of public emergency management system is not only an objective requirement for the safety of overseas Chinese workers, but also the key to the success of the public safety emergency management of overseas Chinese.This paper, based on the reality and challenges of the overseas Chinese workers and the characteristics of this special group, analyzes the achievements and existing problems ofthe public safety emergency management system construction about them, and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions accordingly, which is of great theoretical value and realistic significance.
