Transformational Administration and Removal Structures:Rebuilding the Relationship between the Third Sector and the Government in China

  The development of the third sector cannot do without the support of the government; therefore, it is particularly important how to rebuild the relationship between the third sector and the government.This is a case study on the Red Cross Society of China, to explore the relationship between the third sector and the government, from the original statutory bodies, administrative management, to the Guo Mei-mei incident, China Red Cross Society has a credit crisis.Although the Red Cross Society of China has taken some responsibilities, still unable to restore public confidence, the fundamental reason is its relationship with the government approach requires a fundamental shift, from highly dependent relationship with no space to highly cooperative relationship with space, reduce the level of administration, and maintain market and social mechanism.Maintain and develop relationship between the third sector and the China government, the Red Cross Society of China needs to adjust the third sectors structure and relationship with the government.Only through restructuring, the implementation of reforms to the de-administration, to expand the scope of recruitment, improve the transparency of information, establish crisis public relations department, it will regain the public trust, clear relationships between the third sector and govemment, and promote the sustainable development of the Red Cross of China has to restored the third sectors reputation.
