The Cooperation between NGOs and WTO under DSB

　　With the development of globalization, WTO (World Trade Organization) plays more and more important role in trade affairs.But trade has close relationship with other human interests.And that is hard for DSB (Dispute Settlement Bureau) to take account all relative information when judging cases.NGOs (Non-governmental Organizations) are active organizations representing other interests affected by trade.They participate DSB in the way of amicus curiae to express their interest claims.And efficiently improve the operation of WTO under globalization background.Through the participation ofNGOs, WTO gets opportunity to collect more information to make out good judgments.However, we cannot ignore the shortcomings of NGOs when they are actively participating DSB.
