Network Governance:The New Path to Regional Integration

　　Regional integration is a universal phenomenon worldly.There are three kinds of regional governance models, bureaucracy, market mechanism and network governance.Network governance is distinct from the bureaucracy and the market, which becomes the third way.The problems and dilemma existing in the regional integration need network govemance to resolve.In the network governance practice, there are formed two basic models, one is indirect intrusive, the other is direct participation.As lack of environment network governance, the bureaucracy is the inevitable choice in Chinese regional integration.
