The Study on Propagation Effect of Micro-blogs for Governmental Affairs in Emergencies--Based on Empirical Analysis of Lushan Earthquake

  China is faced with frequent social conflicts, with emergencies arising every now and then, which caused Chinese government a number of troubles.This paper will take the that micro-blog for Governmental Affairs in the LuShan earthquake as the object of study, through empirical research, mainly concerning the two issues of information contents and means of representation, in order to analyze propagation effect of micro-blogs for local government affairs in emergencies.According to the analysis of the case, it is concluded that things like information being monotonous, lack of interaction and the overuse of official tone, exist in the micro-blogs for governmental affairs.Based on those, some feasible measures are presented: Micro-blogs for governmental affairs should release the news promptly, efficiently and in a variety of ways when coming upon emergencies; to encourage effective interaction between citizens and govemment, micro-blogs for governmental affairs should lower themselves, using an amiable tone, responding to questions from citizens and increasing interaction.
