A study on the Delicacy Management Model on Special Students in Chinas University Based on the Case of Companion Parents

　　The increasing number ofso-called special students in university and college increase a considerable pressure on the management of college students in China.Even the parents companion helps ease the problem, while it brings negative effects as well.This article has investigated a group of companion parents in a national key university and concluded that the parents companion will affect the management of these special students through parents rational supervision, emotional support and elaborated attendance.Valuable experience can be extracted and absorbed from this pattern.University authority could establish a dorm-based, specialized and detailed management system which conducted and organized by each school of university.This meticulous management pattern can improve the competence and the efficiency of management and relieve the companion parents.
