The Impacts of Gender Segregation to Female StudentsEmployment in China:A Chinese Case

　　Specialty gender segregation is a pre-market difference which might be the basis of Professional isolation in the higher education in China.The Logistic regression and the Mincer wage equation are used to estimate its influence on the employment rate or salary of the college students respectively.The result shows that the specialty gender segregation has created female students inferiority status in the labor market.As a result, the government, education sectors and media should give some effective measures to alleviate specialty gender segregation.
