Study on Improvement of Social Mobilization Mechanism Based on Incentive Theory

　　Social mobilization mechanism has played a great role in promoting the social development.However, with the changes of the global environmental and continuous improvement of the socialist market economy system in China, the society is becoming more diverse, informational and open.These changes in the society call for a new social mobilization.In order to meet the new needs of the social development, social mobilization mechanism should be improved.Based on the incentive theory, this article firstly analyzes the problems of the existing social mobilization mechanism, which is lack of incentives.Then theresearch hypothesis is presented, that is if the social mobilization mechanism can be improved by the content-, process-and tool-types of incentive theories, this will enhance the incentive effects of the social mobilization mechanism.Finally, a conclusion will be drawn based on the thorough analysis of the hypothesis, especially on how the three types of incentive theories can improve the social mobilization mechanism.
