Study on Optimizing Chinese Administrative Ethics Education Process

　　With the development of economy and society, anti-corruption has attracted more and more concern in China.More and more people believe that the fight against corruption is a gradual process, and the most effective weapon anti-corruption is system.But the research on system how to guide the administrators to make right administrative behavior choice is still relatively weak.For individuals, a system is an effective constraint for his behavior but only become active during execution.So that administrative ethics education is very important for anti-corruption.This paper suggests that the achievement of administrative ethics construction needs to take the achievements of ideological and moral education as a basis, and then discusses the optimization process of administrative ethics education, puts forward the optimization designs and methods of administrative ethics education process.
