On Government Crisis Management from the Perspective of Administrative Ethics
The frequency of public crisis in recent years is not only a serious threat to human security and social stability, but also brings many new challenges to the government crisis management.Crisis management is an unconventional situational management, which greatly tests the governments random decision-making and implementation capacity, but also puts forward new requirements to administrative ethics. In view of this, the paper has a thorough analysis on government crisis management from the perspective of administrative ethics, including the dilemmas government faces in the process of carrying out management and some efficient strategies for getting out of the dilemmas. The implementation of efficient strategies is helpful to shape the image of the government itself, but also improve the value of its own existence—serve the community, serve the people.
