Research on Multiple Subject Collaborative Mechanism in the Protection of Migrant Workers Cultural Right

　　The migrant workers cultural right is the most fundamental one which they shall enjoy, and it has the equal importance with their political, economic and social rights.Currently, due to the subjective tendentiousness of the public cultural service the government provides, and the urban community and employment enterprise neglect to the particularity of the migrant workers cultural rights demand, the protection of migrant workers cultural rights is confronted with many difficulties.Therefore, the multiple subjects led by the government shall cooperate to construct the efficient and long-term mechanism for the protection of migrant workers cultural rights, thus solving a series of difficulties the migrant workers cultural rights face essentially.
