Administrative Mediation in Administrative Management Model Change

摘要：

　　Administrative mediation is the basic connotation of administrative management model change.Its basic attribution is that we make great efforts to achieve the social harmony by means of changing mediation service model.Mediation is not only a kind of peoples attitude towards social things, but also a basic method of studying and solving current social contradictions.Administrative mediation is a method of resolving conflicts in different periods.Meantime, there still are many problems in the process of implementation worthy of making further studies.To construct the well-to-do society, on the one hand, we should promote the service efficiency in the administrative mediation; on the other hand, we should overcome the negative factors in the administrative mediation.
