Management Innovation of Salvation Mode of Non-governmental ChildrenVillage-A Case of Dalian Sun Yihong Children Village,China

摘要：

　　This paper did a exploratory case study of management innovation on resource mobilization and children education training implemented in recent years by Dalian Sun Yihong Children Village (DSYC) in China, which indicated that the continual management innovation guaranteed all of those rescued prisoners children in this village to live in a good living environments and conditions, and it also helped DSYC to play a significant social role in promoting humanitarianism, compassion education, urban civilization, academic research and other fields.This analysis further demonstrated importance and necessity of existence of Non Governmental Salvation Organization (NGSO) in this society, and it provided a valuable suggestion for other NGSOs sustainable development.
