Research on Public Sector Performance Management Based on the Theory of PDCA Cycle

　　With the development of China and the strengthened sense of public participation, government public sector gradually realizes the importance and necessity of improving its performance.Public sector performance management is both a consequence management and a process management.Introducing the theory of PDCA cycle from the Total quality management can not only help to analyze the public sector performance management from the vertical angle much clearer, but also assure the public sector performance management to be carried out smoothly.At first, this paper introduced the necessity and feasibility of applying the theory of PDCA cycle into public sector performance management.Secondly, through the thorough analysis on each part of public sector performance management, the model of public sector performance management based on PDCA cycle model is built up.Finally, the paper summarized the requirements and principles of applying PDCA cycle into public sector performance management.
