Study on Efficiency and Equity of Public Education Resources Allocation in China
Educational Equity has long been the focus issue which has been widespread concerned and focused for discussion in the public management field of China.And the education injustice is mainly caused by the irrational allocation of public education resources and the imbalance of educational public service.According to the perspective of efficiency and fairness, from several aspects such as the differences in regional development, the differences between urban and rural, the educational financial resources, the resources of teachers and students and so on, the article analyzes the current situation, problems and causes of Chinese present public education resources allocation.Then tentatively puts forward reasonable and effective basic standards on allocating the public education resources, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on rational allocation of public education resources, in order to provide a theoretical reference for rationalization of Chinas future public education resources allocation.
