The Study of Chinese TeachersPracticing the Idea of Educational Fairness
Educational fairness is a kind of important social fairness, which includes equal educational rights, equal public educational resources, especially for socially vulnerable groups, and the resistance to all kinds of educational privileges.Educational fairness is the product of modern society, reflecting the objective demand of modernized mass production.It is the important content of modem democratic politics, reflecting cultural values of modern society.The fairness of educational process depends on teachers, especially their understanding and practice of the idea of educational fairness.But in todays China, many teachers dont practice the idea of educational fairness very well.So we should analyze the idea of educational fairness, and help Chinese teachers to find ways to practice it.
