Research on Rural Social Security under on the Framework of Public Finance in China

摘要：

　　Social security is a national basic livelihood to provide a safe system of protection for the community residents.Improving the social security system and regulating the market failure field of social security, are important functions of public finances under the conditions of the socialist market economy.The status of rural social security cannot be ignored in China.But in the rapid development of social economy today, the original city first-countryside after policy and the urban-rural dual economic structure had a bad impact on the role public finances played in the social security in rural areas, while the rural social security under the framework of public finance didnt function so well and had already hindered the establishment and improvement of rural social security.Therefore, much more efforts should be made to support the public finance to solve the problems existing in the rural social security.By studying the status of public financial support of rural social security and learning from the experience from developed countries, this paper will put forward some rational countermeasures and proposals for the construction of rural social security.
