The Study of Cooperation Supply Mechanism of Rural Pension Services in China

　　For the problem of insufficient supply of rural pension services, this paper analyzes and summarizes the two aspects of rural pension services from the production and provision, based on the theoretical perspective of cooperative governance.The results show that the reason of insufficient supply mainly due to the non-cooperative dilemma of Double failure both government and the market.However, both the requirements of govemment functions transformation and the Shapley value method of cooperative benefit allocation provide a theoretical necessity and possibility for their cooperation.Based on this, after analyzing the role of government and the market, this paper argues that the Cooperative supply is an important altemative mode, when a single main supply can not guarantee the effective supplied of pension services.
