Study on People-position Matching in Chinas Public Sector
Human and position are two major components of HR management in public sector, and the fundamental task in the HR management of public sector is to achieve rational matching between human resources and positions.This study has analyzed existing issued concerning people-position matching in the management of Chinas public sector and built the basic model, static model and dynamic model for people-position matching in Chinas public sector on the basis of researches on people-position matching models.Finally, this study proposes ways to optimize people-position matching in Chinas public sector from two aspects: Competence of civil servants and number of public servants and positions in the public sector.
