The Ways to Improve Governments Emergency Management Ability in the Regions of Chinese Minorities

　　The governments emergency management ability is one of the most important parts of contemporary government capacities.It also reflects the wisdom of a government in the process of dealing with emergencies.According to the particularity of the ethnic culture, religion, politics and natural environment, it analyses the current problems of the emergency management system of governments in regions of Chinese minorities.Then, it points out the key factors that account for to the improvement of the emergency management capacities of the governments in Chinese minorities.Finally, the paper discusses how to improve the governments emergency management ability in Chinese minorities.
