On Network Structure of Quasi-governmental Organizations from the Perspective of Social Capital in China
Against the background of centralization of administrative power, the power of state tends to interpose social activities and organizations due to poor supervision nowadays, so the development of social organizations like quasi-governmental organizations (QGO) in China depends on governmental support. In the view of the social capital network, similar QGO with different ranks form an umbrella system.Besides, these organizations not only have the administrative characters similar to government, but also have a wider exterior network. Therefore, they should make the most of the resources provided by the government to enlarge the difference in the social network and bring the internet into full play as well.
