On Innovative Grid Management of College Student Accommodation

摘要：

　　In the context of low level standardized management of college student accommodation, this paper puts forward grid management of student accommodation after considering the development trends including community-oriented management, intelligent management, and the information-based management.The grid management will promote collaboration in student accommodation management based on the managerial idea of putting students first.Besides, this paper explores the designing of grid management system of college student accommodation by constructing its two operation mechanisms, namely information transmission and information management.It also studies the staff construction, material guarantee, and institutional guarantee of grid management of college student accommodation.
